• Commission Split: 85/15 until you cap.
• Annual Cap: $15,000, then $375 CAD per transaction
• Elite Agent Status: Achieve this by reaching $6,000 in post-cap transaction fees, reducing your transaction fee to $175 CAD.
• Annual Brokerage Fee: $1,200 CAD, collected from the first three transactions each anniversary year.
• Monthly Fees: None.
• Personal Transactions: Up to 3 per year at $275 CAD each.
