First thing we should do is have a discussion about your goals
We'll establish a "wish list" and begin the home hunting process!
THEN...
It's time to write up an offer, how exciting! We will discuss different strategies for writing the offer and begin negotiations - good luck!
and then...
Once your offer is conditionally accepted, it is time to get inspections and financing complete. I will work with you every step of the way!
